3. Common Questions

🎵 Audio not playing?

Check your device volume, silent switch and Bluetooth outputs. Try closing and reopening the app, then play another local file to test.

🎬 Video won’t open?

Inmuba Player supports most common formats like MP4, MOV and M4V. If a file doesn’t open, try re-exporting it from another app or converter.

📂 Where are converted files?

Converted outputs are saved inside the app in the Converted section of each tool. Look for the folder icon on the top-right of the tool screen.

🔊 Background playback

Audio can continue playing in the background if your device settings allow it. Make sure Low Power Mode or Focus profiles are not blocking playback.
