1Will my contacts be uploaded to any server?No. Contacts Master works locally on your iPhone. Your contact data stays in your device when you clean, merge or preview contacts. Only when you choose to export (Excel / CSV / VCF / PDF) and manually share a file, that exported file is sent through the apps you pick.

2How do I remove duplicate contacts safely?Open the app → Contacts Cleaner → Find Duplicates. Review each group and use Merge to combine them. We only merge contacts that share the same name, phone or email – and we always keep all numbers and emails.

3How can I export contacts to Excel or CSV?Go to Contacts Export from the home screen, then pick Export to Excel or Export to CSV. After generation, you can open the file, share it with Mail, WhatsApp, Files, or save it for backup.

4Nothing happens when I tap “Export” or “Clean”.Please check that Contacts permission is granted for the app in Settings → Privacy → Contacts and restart the app. If issue continues, send us your iOS version and a short screen recording.
